About the event

The University of Denver is proud to host the 2019 Rocky Mountain Membrane Trafficking (RMMT) Meeting. Funded initially by the “Early Career Meeting Grant” from ASCB, the 2nd Annual RMMT Meeting will serve as a forum for scientific discussion into the sorting, trafficking, and delivery of biomolecules. With a keynote presentation by Dr. Jennifer Lippincott-Schwartz, this meeting aims to promote dialogue and collaboration among researchers in the Rocky Mountain region. Several symposia sessions will highlight graduate, post-doctoral, and faculty presentations. In addition, a poster session will provide in depth discussions of current work in the field. Topic areas likely to be covered are: protein network analysis, signal transduction cascades, membrane trafficking during cell polarization, super resolution microscopy, the development of novel imaging techniques, and more.
